Family Income Inquiry

Purpose

All NWP Scholars are eligible for free meals. Although meals are free for scholars, in order to assure that New World Prep receives its appropriate share of federal Title 1 funding. It is mandatory for parents to complete an application (Family Income Inquiry Form) so the school can continue to receive funding for our programs. Use the link below to complete the form online or return a completed paper application sent home in September.
